On February 12, 2015, Answering TTP Foundation launched "Love Sick", an e-novella on Wattpad.com!
Answering TTP Foundation volunteer and author of "Love Sick" Laura Santana, tells the story of Maria, a young woman, who marries her college sweetheart. When they get pregnant with their first child she doesn't think life can get any better. Unfortunately, she couldn't be more correct as gradually her life starts to crumble. Maria's pregnancy triggers an incurable blood disorder, Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), so rare that even her doctors are unsure how to save her.
"Love Sick" is a 10 part e-novella that a dedicated volunteer is writing to help raise life-saving awareness for TTP! A new part will be posted each week for the next 10 weeks on Thursday's.This informative-entertainment piece will help to raise life-saving awareness to the public outside of those who have been touched by TTP!
All chapters have now been posted, but as an added bonus, the author has written a short epilogue so we can all see what I am sure we are all questioning, "what happened to Maria years down the road?"
